1) Since both these cases arise out of same crime number, they are being disposed of by this common order.

2) First bail application of applicant Meera Awadhiya was dismissed on merit vide order dated 21.01.2021 in MCRC No. 7263 of 2020.

3) The applicants have preferred these applications under Section 439 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, as they were arrested on 29.09.2020 in connection with Crime No. 248/2020 for the

offence punishable under Section 304 B of IPC, registered at Police Station- Baikunthpur, District- Koriya (C.G.).

4) After arguing for sometime, learned counsel appearing for the applicants seeks to withdraw these applications with liberty to repeat their prayer for bail by filing a fresh applications, if the trial is not concluded within a period of 12 months from today.

5) Counsel for the State has no objection to the above prayer.

6) Permission granted.

7) Accordingly, the applications are dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as stated above.
