1. The applicant has preferred this application for grant of bail as he is arrested in connection with Crime No.109/2021 registered in Police Station Bhilai Nagar, District Durg for offence under Section 394/34 & 397 of the IPC and Section 25 of the Arms Act.

2. The applicant has not only committed loot but has also caused injuries on the person of injured Navneet Bhandari. Moreover, the applicant has 8 previous criminal cases.

3. Considering all the relevant aspects of the matter, this is not considered to be a fit case for grant of bail to the applicant at this stage. Accordingly, the Application is rejected with liberty to revive the prayer after examination of injured Navneet Bhandari.
