Agrawal Order On Board 08/11/2017 (1) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner may be allowed to make representation before the competent authority under the provisions contained in the Scheduled Tribes and Other Traditional Forest Dwellers (Recognition of Forest Rights) Act, 2006.
(2) Prayer appears to be fair and reasonable.
(3) Be that as it may, the petitioner is permitted to make
representation before the competent authority under the provisions contained in the Scheduled Tribes and Other Traditional Forest Dwellers (Recognition of Forest Rights) Act, 2006. If such representation is filed by the petitioner before the competent authority, in that event the competent authority shall consider and decide the same after hearing the parties, expeditiously preferably within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. (4) With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to costs.
