The matter is heard through video conferencing. 2.

Since all the cases belong to same crime number, therefore, they are being decided by this common order.

After arguing some time, Counsel appearing on behalf of the Applicants want to withdraw these bail applications. However, they submit that a direction may be given to the trial Court that in the event of surrender of the Applicants before the said Court and filing of regular bail application on their behalf, the said Court shall decide the said bail applications on the date of its filing.

Accordingly, the bail applications are dismissed as withdrawn. 5.

Trial Court is directed that in the event of surrender of the Applicants and filing of regular bail application on their behalf, the trial Court will decide the said bail application as early as possible, preferably on the date of its filing.
