At the very outset, Iearned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit tha the petitioner does not press any other relief(s) and confine his pr yer to the extent that the respondents may be directed to scr inize the case of the petitioner in accordance with the instruc ions issued vide memo dated 7-3-2012. 'Learned counsel app aring for the State would submit that the case of the petitioner w ll be scrutinized in accordance with the prevailing memo dated 7-3 012 and if he is found fit, appropriate order thereof for his contnuation of service will be passed in accordance with law.
