This is the fifth bail application filed by the applicant before this Court under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. for grant of temporary bail for a limited period. The applicant has been arrested on 25-02-2017 in connection with Crime No.608/2013 registered at P.S. - Civil Lines, District Raipur, Chhattisgarh for the offence under Section 420, 468, 471, 34 of the IPC.

4.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the appellant that the application under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. filed by this applicant earlier had been rejected on merits and on one occasion this applicant has been enlarged on temporary bail. The applicant has complied with the condition and has surrendered before the concerned Court and therefore she is in jail. The occasion for which the temporary bail is applied for is this, that real brother of this applicant is getting married on 19th of April,

-22019, therefore, this applicant being real sister is required to be present on that occasion to participate in the marriage. Hence, it is prayed that she may be granted temporary bail.

5.

Learned counsel for the State/non-applicant heavily opposes the application.

6.

Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the documents. 7.

Affidavit has been filed by Mohar Singh, father of the applicant and copy of the invitation card is also attached for perusal of this Court. After due consideration, for the reason that it is a necessary social event in which her participation is expected by all the family members, therefore, I feel inclined to allow this application.

8.

Consequently, the application for temporary bail is allowed. It is directed that on applicant's furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- with one surety in the like sum to the satisfaction of the concerned Court, she shall be released on temporarily bail.
