Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that petitioner has made an application before the Collector, Raipur on 14.06.2016 for redressal of his grievance but the same has not been considered and decided till date.

Be that as it may, the Collector, Raipur is directed to consider petitioner's application for redressal of his grievance and dispose of the same expeditiously.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
