1. The applicant has preferred this application for grant of bail as he is arrested in connection with Crime No.229/2020 registered in Police Station Sirgitti, District Bilaspur for offence under Section 342, 323, 294, 393, 394, 397, 302, 201, 147, 148, 149 of the IPC.

2. The accused persons have committed murder of deceased Yuvraj Khare. The incident has been witnessed by injured eyewitness Akash Banjare, who happens to be the brother of the deceased. He has identified the present applicant as one of the assailants in the TI parade.

3. Considering the material available in the case diary, I am not inclined to release the applicant on bail. The application is accordingly rejected reserving liberty to revive the prayer after examination of injured eyewitness Akash Banjare.
