Learned counsel appearing on behalf of petitioner would submit that the petitioner's application for grant of regular permit on the route from Chando to Balrampur is pending consideration before the respondent No. 2Regional Transport Authority, Ambikapur since 09.08.2017 and has not been considered and decided till date, therefore, directions may be issued to expedite the same.

I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.

The prayer appears to be fair and reasonable and is accordingly allowed.

Be that as it may, the respondent No. 2 is directed to consider and

decide the petitioner's application for grant of regular permit expeditiously preferably within a period of 15 days from the date of production of copy of this order.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
