1. After arguing for some time, Mr. Manoj Paranjpe, learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this bail application. However, he submits that considering that present applicant is aged about 57 years, a direction may be issued to the trial Court concerned to consider regular bail application of applicant on the same day when he surrenders.

2. Mr. Vimlesh Bajpai, learned State Counsel as also Mr. Veer Vikrant Singh, learned counsel for the complainant/objector submit that they have no objection to the submission made by learned counsel for applicant.

3. Accordingly, this bail application is dismissed as withdrawn. If the applicant surrenders before the Court below concerned and files an application for grant of regular bail, the Court below concerned may try to decide the same in accordance with law on the same day if possible.
