Hon'ble Smt. Justice Rajani Dubey Order on Board 14/06/2021 The matter is heard through video conferencing.

1. By this CRMP, the petitioner seeks modification of the order dated 31.05.2021 passed in MCRC No. 5542/2020 with regard to crime number.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in MCRC No. 5542/2020, the Crime Number of the case has wrongly been mentioned by him as '498/2018' whereas, as per the record, the correct Crime Number is '496/2018'.

3. I have gone through the impugned order and perused the record.

4. From perusal of the recored, it appears that the correct Crime Number is '496/2018'. Thus, the error with regard to the Crime Number is apparent on the face of the record with needs to be rectified.

5. Accordingly, it is ordered that in para 2 of the order in question the Crime Number of the case be read as '496/2018' instead of Crime Number '498/2018'.

6. The copy of this order be supplied to the learned counsel for the petitioner along with the copy of order dated 31.05.2021 passed in MCRC No. 5542/2020.

7. With this modification as aforesaid, CRMP stands disposed of. Certified copy as per rules.
