1. The applicants have preferred this application for grant of bail as they are arrested in connection with Crime No.141/2020 registered in Police Station Tumgaon, District Mahasamund for offence under Section 394/34 of the IPC.

2. This is the 2nd bail application on behalf of the applicant. The first bail application was dismissed by a detailed order on merits. The applicants along with 4 other accused persons have committed loot of Rs.11,52,000/- from the Government liquor shop of Tumgaon on 17.10.2020.
