Hon'ble Shri Justice P. Sam Koshy Order On Board 09/03/2015 The petitioner, through the instant Writ Petition has sought for a relief of grant of regular pay scale from the initial date of appointment and all consequential benefits attached therefrom. 2.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that on similar set of facts, writ petitions have already been decided by this Court i.e. in W.P.(S) No.4438/14 vide order dated 28.8.2014 and prays for a similar order in the instant case also on the ground of parity. 3.

Counsel for respondent/State does not dispute this fact. He further submits that in the event if the petitioner makes a detailed representation to respondent No.2, the same shall be considered objectively at the earliest deciding his entitlement.

With the aforesaid submission made by counsel for the State, the present Writ Petition (S) is disposed of with a direction that the petitioner

shall make a fresh representation in respect of his claim along with all supportive documents to respondent No.2 within a period of 15 days from today and respondent No.2 in turn shall take a decision objectively deciding the representation of the petitioner deciding his entitlement within a further period of 3 months from the receipt of the representation from the petitioner keeping in view the decision of this Court in W.P.(S) No.4438/14 dated 28.8.14.

With the aforesaid observation, the instant Writ Petition (S) stands disposed of.

It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case.
