1. This writ petition has been filed by the petitioners herein stating inter-alia that petitioner No.2 is engaged and his marriage is fixed on 19th April, 2019 and the police authorities are trying to arrest him on the complaint made by respondent No.4.

2. Learned State Counsel appearing for respondents No.1 to 3 would submit that the petitioners have made complaint against respondent No.4 and respondent No.4 has made complaint against petitioners, but till this date, no FIR has been registered against the petitioners, however, investigation is going on.

3. Statement made by learned State Counsel is taken on record.

4. In view of above, the writ petition is disposed of. It is hope that the
