1. The challenge in the present writ petition is to the Annexure P-1 dated 20.05.2020. Vide the said order of supply of ready to eat foods

of Anganwadi Centre Sector Maharajganj, District Balrampur has been cancelled.

2. This Court is of the opinion that since there is a provision of appeal to the Collector against the cancellation of such allotment orders, the petition itself would not be sustainable.

3. Counsel for the petitioner submits that even as on date the petitioner is supplying ready to eat food to the Anganwadi Centres and the impugned order has not been given effect to.

4. Subject to the verification, if what the petitioner states is correct, let petitioner prefer an appeal before the appropriate authority within a period of seven days and for these seven days enabling the petitioner to prefer appeal, let status quo as it exists today be maintained.
