1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw this petition in light of the decision rendered by the Supreme Court in Appeal (Civil) No.1019/2006 (M.P. State Electricity Board and another v. Grasim Industries Ltd.) dated 12-112007.

2. The prayer is fair and reasonable.

3. The petitioner is permitted to withdraw this petition in light of aforesaid decision of the Supreme Court. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
