Agrawal Order On Board 03/01/2018 (1) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is working as Laboratory Attendant in Kirodimal Institute of Technology, Gadhumariya since 16.02.2013 and as per the order of appointment he is entitled for confirmation against the said post, but till this date no confirmation order has been issued in favour of the petitioner for which he has already made representation before respondent No.2, but the same has not been considered and decided till this date, hence this petition.

(2) Be that as it may, the respondent No.2 is directed to consider and decide the petitioner' representation for confirmation on the post of

Laboratory Attendant strictly in accordance with law expeditiously within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.

(3) With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
