At the very outset, learned counsel appearing for the parties would jointly and fairly submit that the issue involved in the present writ petition has already been considered and decided by this Court on 31.10.2017 in WPS No.5514 of 2017 (Laxman Sonwani Vs. State of Chhattisgarh and others), therefore, this writ petition

may be disposed of in terms of the order passed in Laxman Sonwani (supra).

2. Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed of in terms of the order passed by this Court in Laxman Sonwani (supra). A copy of the order passed in Laxman Sonwani (supra) be placed on record of the present writ petition.
