2. For the reason mentioned in the aforesaid application, same is allowed and the delay in filing the review petition is hereby condoned.

3. After hearing learned counsel appearing for the applicant at length, I do not find any error apparent on the face of record in the order under review.

4. Accordingly, the review petition being devoid of merit is liable to be and is hereby dismissed in limine, without notice to other side. No cost(s).
