Agrawal Order On Board 2 3 / 11 /201 Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioner's No. 2 application claiming compensation on account of death of his mother due to natural calamity has been rejected by the Collector by its order dated 24.04.2017 whereas he is entitled for compensation in accordance with clause 4 of part 6 of the Revenue Book Circular and, therefore, he may be allowed to make representation to the
Commissioner, Durg Division against the order of Collector and the same may be directed to be decided expeditiously. 2.
Prayer appears to be fair & reasonable and accordingly the same is allowed.

Be that as it may, if the petitioner prefers representation before the Commissioner, Durg Division against the order dated 24.4.2017 passed by the Collector within a period of ten days from today, the Commissioner, Revenue Revision shall consider and decide the same within a period for 45 days from the date of receipt of representation in accordance with law after hearing the affected parties. 4.
With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition stands finally disposed of.
