The application is allowed and the appellant is exempted from filing the certified copy of the order passed under the said provision. Also heard on I.A. No.01/2018, an application for condonation of delay of 680 days in filing this appeal.

No reply has been filed with regard to the said application. On due consideration and for the reasons assigned therein, which is duly supported by an affidavit, I am inclined to allow the same. The application is allowed and delay is accordingly condoned. I.A. No.01/2018 and I.A. No.03/2018 thus, stand disposed of. Heard on admission Order passed separately, signed and dated.
