Sam Koshy, J Order On Board 19/03/2015 The grievance of the petitioner is that the husband of the petitioner Late Muniram Kurre was an employee of the respondents/establishment and he died in harness on 25.3.2004. Thereafter, the petitioner has been regularly approaching the authorities for grant of appointment under the scheme for dependent employment applicable under the respondents/establishment either to herself or to her son. But till date, her claim has not been decided by the respondents. 2.

Shri Vaibhav Shukla, a Panel Lawyer for the respondents/establishment is directed to take notice on behalf of them and with the consent of the counsel for the parties, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner for grant of dependent employment under the Scheme/Rules applicable in the respondents/establishment and also to decide the case of the petitioner as expeditiously as possible. 3.

It is also directed that the respondents/establishment shall take a positive decision on the representation of the petitioner deciding her entitlement for dependent employment and in case the petitioner or any of her children are not entitled for the same, the reason should be assigned

specifically as to why their claim is being rejected. It is expected that the needful shall be done as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of 8 weeks.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands disposed of. J U D G E Priya
