Agrawal Order On Board 20/11/2017 (1) According to the learned counsel for the State, the impugned order dated 13.10.2017 passed by Naib Tahsildar, Pendra is appealable before Sub Divisional Officer (Revenue), Bilaspur. (2) Be that as it may, the petitioner is at liberty to prefer an appeal before the Sub Divisional Officer (Revenue), Bilaspur. If such appeal is

filed by the petitioner before Sub Divisional Officer (Revenue), Bilaspur, in that event, the said authority shall consider and decide the same after noticing the parties, expeditiously preferably within a period of ten days from the date of receipt of appeal.

(3) With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to costs.
