1. The Collector has dismissed the appeal stating that second appeal is maintainable before the Commissioner, Raipur Division, Raipur, in accordance with law.
2. The petitioner is at liberty to prefer second appeal under Section 44 (2) of the Chhattisgarh Land Revenue Code, 1959, before the Commissioner, Raipur Division, Raipur, in accordance with law.
3. With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
