1. Heard.

2. This is an application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of regular bail to the applicant, who has been arrested in connection with Crime No.12/2014, registered at Police Station Amlipadar, District Gariyaband (CG) for the offence punishable under Sections 458, 397/34 & 412 of the IPC and Sections 25/27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, some unknown persons entered

MCRC No. 3801 of 2020 the house of the complainant on 30.4.2014, threatened him and looted some ornaments and cash from his house.

4. Admittedly, similarly placed co-accused has already been released on bail vide order dated 25.2.2020 passed in MCRC No.371/2020.

5. Considering the entire facts' situation of the case, this Court is inclined to release the applicant on regular bail.

6. Accordingly, the bail application is allowed and the applicant is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.50,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial Court. He is directed to appear before the trial Court on each and every date given by the said Court.
