Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that though the petitioner was granted ad interim bail till 14th of June, 2021, but since thereafter his mother Premlata Agrawal has been suffering from post COVID eye disease and she is being treated at Nagpur. The petitioner's father Anand Kumar Agrawal has also been found corona positive and presently he is hospitalized at Gautam Multi Speciality Hospital at Raipur. Therefore, the interim bail granted to the petitioner may be extended for a further period of 3 weeks, as his two brothers are residing at Singapore and Londan

and unable to come.

Learned State counsel would oppose the prayer and submit that the petitioner is obliged to make alternative arrangements to look after his parents.

Considering the fact that the petitioner's father is corona positive and is hospitalized and his mother is suffering from post COVID eye disease and his two brothers are residing at Singapore and London and they cannot come on account of ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, therefore, the petitioner has to look after his parents and he is the only person, who is said to be available in India for taking care of his parents, it would be appropriate to extend interim bail up to 4th of July, 2021, which is going to expire on 14th of June, 2021. The petitioner will surrender on 5th of July, 2021 before the Trial Court. No further extension would be granted. 4.

The petition under Section 482 of CrPC stands disposed of. Sd/- Sanjay K. Agrawal Judge Nirala
