Hon'ble Shri Justice Sanjay K. Agrawal Order On Board 14/05/2018 (1) This Court vide order dated 9.1.2018 passed in Writ Petition (S) No.7535 of 2007 while deciding the writ petition, directed that the appellate authority, now constituted under the Chhattisgarh Rajya Gramin Bank (Officers & Employees) Regulation, 2013, shall decide the appeal within a period of three months.

(2) However, the Counsel for the petitioner has prayed for extension of time for deciding the matter.

(3) Considering the reasons assigned in the M.C.C., prayer is allowed and further 45 days' time from the date of receipt of a copy of this order is granted to the appellate authority to decide the matter.

(4) In view of above, M.C.C. stands disposed of.
