1. On 26.09.2012, this court had ordered for release of GPF and Gratuity amount within a period of three months.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that pending the petition, the entire dues of the GPF amount and Gratuity has been cleared.

3. In view of the same, this court is of the opinion that nothing further remains to be adjudicated upon and accordingly, the petition is disposed of.
