1. The applicant has preferred this application for grant of bail as he is arrested in connection with Crime No.28/2016 registered in Police Station: Narayanpur District Jashpur for offence under Sections 363, 366 & 376 (<) of the IPC and Section 6 of the POCSO Act, 2012.

2. This is the 3rd bail application on behalf of the applicant. The first bail application was dismissed as withdrawn and the second bail application was dismissed on merits though liberty was reserved to revive the prayer after examination of the prosecutrix and now she has been examined.

3. Having seen the deposition of the prosecutrix wherein allegation of commission of rape is against the present applicant, I am not inclined to release the applicant on bail. Accordingly, the application is rejected. Sd/- (Prashant Kumar Mishra) Acting Chief Justice Barve
