Learned counsel appearing on behalf of petitioner would submit that the impugned order passed by the Sub- Divisional Officer (Revenue), Mungeli against the petitioner on 30.10.2017 has been withdrawn by the said authority by order dated 23.11.2017 and, therefore, the petition has now become infructuous. However, liberty may be granted to file afresh if cause of action arises in future.
