Learned Counsel for the Petitioner points out that the issue raised by the Petitioner is covered against her interest in the light of the decision of Division Bench of the Madhya Pradesh High Court in the case of Jagdish Prasad Bhunjwa vs. State of Madhya Pradesh 1996 LawSuit(MP) 47. 2.

We have gone through the said judgment. We adopt the reasoning therein and dismiss this Writ Petition.
