Agrawal Order On Board 0 1 / 11 /201 (1) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner's date of birth is 10.07.1962 whereas it has incorrectly been recorded by the respondents authorities as 21.10.1954, for which he made an application to the respondents authorities for referring the matter to the Age Determination Committee, but the matter has not been referred to ADC as per implementation Instruction No. 76 and, therefore, directions may be issued to the respondents authorities to refer the petitioner's case for his age determination before the ADC. (2) Prayer appears to be fair and reasonable and accordingly the same is allowed.

(3) Be that as it may, the respondents authorities are directed to refer the petitioner's case for his age determination before the Age Determination Committee and, in turn, the ADC shall consider and decide the same in accordance with implemenation instruction No. 76 expeditiously. .

(4) With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition stands finally disposed of.
