Agrawal Order On Board 29/11/2017 (1) After arguing for a fairly long time, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner may be allowed to prefer a revision before the Commissioner against the order dated 09.11.2017 under the provisions of the Chhattisgarh Panchayats (Appeal and Revision) Rules, 1995.
(2) Prayer appears to be fair and reasonable.
(3) Be that as it may, the petitioner is permitted to prefer a revision before the Commissioner. If such revision is filed by the petitioner before the Commissioner, in that event the Commissioner shall consider and decide the same expeditiously within a period of three
months from the date of receipt of revision of the petitioner. (4) The certified copy of the impugned order be returned to the learned counsel for the petitioner, after furnishing an attested photocopy thereof.
(5) With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of.
