Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has filed an application for demarcation of the land before the Nazul Officer under Section 129 of the Land Revenue Code and the panchnama was carried out on 25/01/2018, however till date demarcation proceeding has not been concluded. 2.

Without going into merits of this case, since panchnama which has been filed as Annexure P-1 if it has been carried out pursuant to certain demarcation proceeding, then in such case the demarcation proceeding which has commenced at the behest of the petitioner shall be concluded within a further period of 60 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 3.
