The word 'not' appears to have been omitted to be mentioned inadvertently in para-11 of order dated 09.05.2017 passed by this Court in Misc. Appeal No.254 of 2006. It is corrected and it be read as "it cannot be held that claim made by respondent are not entertainable" and in the same paragraph, the word 'not' has been mentioned by typographical error. Accordingly, it be read as "I hold that the learned District Judge is absolutely justified in rejecting the application filed under Section 34(2) of the Act, 1996". Other contents of order dated 09.05.2017 shall remain intact. A copy of this order be sent to the parties.
