Learned counsel for the petitioners submit that against the report of demarcation made by the respondent authorities on 31.12.2016 pursuant to the order of the High Court, the petitioners' have made a representation before the Collector, Durg / Sub-Divisional Officer, Patan on 29.05.2017 but

it has not been considered and decided till date, therefore, directions may be issued to expedite the same.

I have heard learned counsel for the petitioners. 3.

Be that as it may, the Collector, Durg / Sub-Divisional Officer, Patan are directed to consider and decide the petitioners' objection / representation expeditiously preferably within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order after hearing the parties. 4.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
