1. The applicants have preferred this bail application under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail as they are arrested in connection with crime No.43/2021 registered in Police Station Kharora, Raipur District Raipur C.G. for the offence punishable under Sections 450, 323, 427, 307, 34 of the I.P.C.

2. On a dispute concerning possession of agricultural land, a quarrel took place between the parties on 30.1.2021 whereafter the accused persons went to the house of injured and assaulted Lakheshwar and Hira Das with club, bamboo stick and axe.

3. Co-accused Shashi Ghritlahare facing similar charges has been released on bail in MCRC No.3442/2021; the present applicants are in jail since 30.1.2021 i.e., for about more than 6 months, therefore, considering the entire fact situation of case, I am inclined to release the applicants on bail.

4. Accordingly, the application is allowed and the applicants are directed to be released on bail on each of them executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.50,000/- with one surety for the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial Court. They are directed to appear before the trial Court on each and every date given by the said Court. Certified copy as per rules.
