Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondent No. 5 has illegally constructed a hotel and shop in the school premises against which the petitioner has made representation before the respondent authorities on 20.11.2017 but it has not been considered and decided till date and, therefore, directions may be issued to the respondent authorities to decide the same expeditiously.

I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Be that as it may, the Collector is directed to consider and decide the petitioner's representation after hearing both the parties expeditiously preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
