The present petition is only for consideration of the application moved by the petitioner for counter signature of the regular stage carriage permit on the route Bilaspur to Ambikapur via Pali, Katghora, Tara, Lakhanpur and one return trip daily.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the application though was filed long back on 14.05.2015 the same remains undecided. 3.

Considering the time lapsed, the petitioner is given a liberty to move a fresh application before the concerned R.T.A. within a period of 30 days from today and if such application is filed, the concerned R.T.A. shall decide the same within a further period of 60 days.
