3. Also heard on an application under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. for modification in the order dated 11.06.2020 passed in MCRCA No. 11/2020.

4. Learned Counsel for the Applicant submit that due to typographical error, with regard to Applicant Dinesh liberty to surrender before the Court below and file regular bail application before the Court below with further direction to the concerned Court below for deciding the regular bail application on the same

day of its filing has not been mentioned in order dated 11.06.2020 passed in MCRCA No. 11/2020.

In view of the above submission, it is directed that Paragraph 2 of order dated 11.06.2020 passed in MCRCA No. 11/2020 be read as "In view of the above submission, the instant application is dismissed as having become infructuous with regard to Applicants No. 2 & 3 and the same is dismissed as withdrawn with regard to Applicant No. 1. However, in the event of filing of bail application under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. on behalf of Applicant No. 1 before the Trial Court, the Trial Court should decide the said application in accordance with law, preferably on the same day of its filing".
