He submitted that compromise has been affected and total amount of Rs.4.00 Lakhs has been paid to the petitioner as full and final settlement of all his dues arising out of the award dated 18.02.2015, passed in Case No.CGIT/LC/41/Ref./2012 and a compromise petition has also been filed.
