(2) Be that as it may, the petitioners are at liberty to file representation along with copy of order dated 24.8.2017 for redressal of their grievances before the respondents authorities, that will be considered and decided expeditiously preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of presentation of the representation in accordance with law (3) With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition stands finally disposed of.
