1. Pursuant to order dated 01.08.2017 warrant of arrest was issued against the applicant.

2. The report dated 01/09/2017 received from S.H.O. Bagbahar, District Jashpur, Chhattisgarh along with copy of bailable warrant and death certificate of applicant (Dayaram Uranw) is received. And as per death certificate the applicant died on 03.12.2011.
