Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to raise the question before the Collector / Commissioner with whom proceedings have already been initiated and interim order has been granted in his favour. 2.

The prayer appears to be fair and reasonable and is allowed. 3.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to approach before the Commissioner / competent authority against the encroachment proceedings initiated by the Tahsildar, Janjgeer, District- Janjgir Champa.
