1. The default pointed out by the Registry is ignored and with the consent of learned counsel for the parties, the case is heard finally.
2. Brief facts of the case are that the father of the petitioner namely Pokhen Singh Rajput died in harness on 07.12.2019. Thereafter, the petitioner has filed the application for compassionate appointment on 07.03.2020. The only limited prayer as has been prayed before this Court as of now that the application Annexure P-1 which has been filed may be directed to be decided in accordance with law and in view of the extant circular.
3. Considering the limited prayer, without any observation on merits, it is directed that the respondent No.2 shall decide the application of the petitioner Annexure P-1 which appears to have been filed on 07.03.2020 within an outer limit of 6 months from the date of receipt of this order.
