Learned counsel for he respondent No.2 submits that because of certain account discrepancy, the amount could not be paid. On behalf of respondent No.2, Mr. Anil Pale, Senior Executive is present along with his counsel.

Let the petitioner approach to the respondent No.2 with the Account number & IFSC Code of the Bank so that the amount can be disbursed. The petitioner may approach to the respondent No.2 within a period of two weeks and thereafter the same shall be decided within a further period of two weeks.
