The grievance ventilated through this petition is that the petitioner's
representation for posting husband and wife together at one place, has not been considered.

Considering that it is the policy of the State Government to post husband and wife at the same place or nearby place as far as possible, subject to administrative exigency and public interest, the petitioner's representation be considered and decision may be taken whether it is feasible in administrative exigency to post the petitioner and his wife at one place.
3.
Considering that both of them are working in Tribal Department of the State, representation be decided within a reasonable period as and when the new transfer season comes.
