1. The applicant has preferred this application for grant of bail as he is arrested in connection with Crime No.53/2020 registered in Police Station Tilda-Neora, District Raipur for offence under Section 307/34 of the IPC.
2. The applicant and co-accused Narad Dewangan abused and assaulted the injured Dinesh Wadhwani by knife causing injuries over his chest, abdomen and neck. It was co-accused Narad Dewangan who used knife whereas the present applicant was accompanying Narad Dewangan and he has not caused any injury to the injured.
3. Considering the nature of allegations against the present applicant and for the fact that he is in jail since 10.2.2020 and charge sheet has already been filed, this Court is inclined to release the applicant on bail.
4. Accordingly, the application is allowed and the applicant is directed to be released on bail on his executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.50,000/- with one surety for the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial Court. He is directed to appear before the trial Court on each and every date given by the said Court.
