By this petition the petitioner has challenged the transfer order passed wayback on 12-08-2017 on various grounds. 2.

Though, number of grounds have been urged, taking into consideration that the petitioner has filed this petition against transfer order passed on 12-08-2017, there is no order of keeping the transfer order in abeyance by the State Government or by the competent authority, At this

stage, I am not inclined to entertain this petition. If the petitioner makes representation, same shall be considered and decided by the competent authority.
