1. The applicant has preferred this application under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail as he is arrested in connection with crime No.264/2020 registered in Police Station Chhuikhadan, District Rajnandgaon C.G. for the offence punishable under Section 304-B/34 of the I.P.C.

2. After arguing at length, learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the bail application with liberty to revive the prayer after examination of the material witnesses.

In view of the prayer made, the bail application is dismissed as withdrawn reserving liberty in favour of the applicant to revive the prayer after examination of Kehar Singh (father of deceased), Panchbai (mother of deceased), Neha Janghel (younger sister of deceased) and Khembai, Neighbour of deceased.
